Have been going to this practise since it opened many years ago and am disgusted about how bad the service now is. Worst receptionists ever. Hence why I’m taking my business elsewhere. Very frustrating when I’ve seen some amazing people come and go, but just shows the culture of the place or the practise manager has gone down the drain. No wonder the good drs leave.

I absolutely do not recommend this practice, especially if you have complicated ongoing health issues. The treatment I have received by the doctors here has been atrocious; they have been very dismissive, do not listen, unhelpful, unprofessional, did not offer or explain alternative appropriate medications available when one type of medication didn’t work, and showed no care or concern for my physical or mental health. As a result of persevering with this practice for longer than I should have I have developed medical anxiety and wish I had sought out better health care much sooner. Just astounded that this disgusting standard of care exists.

I went to see Dr. Sheng from Apex Physiotherapy to have my knee checked, he was nothing short of amazing! He was so accommodating and took his time to explain to me the condition I had then. The consult wasn't felt rushed and he also provided clear directions post-treatment.

5 Stars! Long term Patient of Kerry McIntosh and she's the best I've ever seen. Comforting and listens to how you feel which alot of doctors don't necessarily do. You're more than just a diagnosis. Never had an issue with the Receptionists. Extremely friendly and kind. Gave me a mask when I forgot one day. Very caring practice. Have also been to have implanon, mole removal and vaccination and the nurses are very caring and friendly. Can also recommend Doctor Loh and Kerry Ashby the Psychologist who has literally been a life changing therapist for me. I've been at this practice for years and even though it's a little out the way from where I live it is worth the travel. Highly recommend.

It used to be excellent when DrMcIntosh and Dr Bigwood worked here but now that they’re gone, my recent experience has left a sour taste in my mouth :( The female dr was dismissive and abrupt, i didnt find her welcoming or helpful unfortunately.I really wish I didn’t have to leave this review. Im very saddened by my recent experience, the expensive fee I need to pay (all thanks to the Medicare drongos), and the fact my beloved favourites who actually cared about me as a human being and cared to give me options/ time of day, have changed practices. Sadly I can’t keep chasing every favourite that relocates across Perth so the time has come for me to bid farewell to this clinic that I once loved. And find someplace who can give me the stability in health care that i need.

It would have been a nice customer service to advised of a doctor leaving the practice. And on arriving early for my appointment today i was not told by receptionist/s that the doctor was running late. For a professional service and the ball is continually being dropped

I did not get a very welcoming reception. The doctor was not a very helpful doctor for wat I came here for today. I actually had answers wasn't even in my appt for 5 mins and I walked out hopped in the car and burst into tears

I have always found Dr Poorun to be a friendly, educated doctor. Definitely 5 stars. Unfortunately some of the other doctors aren’t as friendly or thorough but I stick to Dr Poorun my son and I are very happy. He ALWAYS takes the time for whatever needs to be done. Convenient to have other health specialties in the building. One stop health shop.

The receptionist was very nice, can't believed they bulked bill me i was supposed to paid 70 dollar before rebate from medicare.The place is clean with big space many chair and the doctor cater was superb. Definately be back again there.

Made an appointment to see our regular Dr. Showed up early after driving 1/2 hour there. Was told my son didn't have an appointment then told appointment with the Dr I had wasn't taking new patients despite the fact everyone in the family goes there apart from my youngest son.Left angry then got a reminder on my phone from the practice to attend said appointment. That we were told we didn't have"Will never go back.Despite the fact this doctor has our entire sensitive family history."
