Pillow Talk Bathurst

My wife visited the Bathurst Store, she spent 15 minutes looking for an item she wanted.

Was looking for a body pillow there where a few options

Staff are always friendly and helpful

The staff knew instantly where to find the article I required. Not crowded, well set out shop.

Hi to whom it may concern, I recently purchased items at your store & did receive my items in the end.However the 2 star rating is related to the organisational aspects of the transaction, I am a NDIS participant & went through the process of purchasing my items through Pillow Talk through my NDIS Representative as requested by Pillow Talk staff when I initially went in to the Bathurst store, they advised me that they deal with NDIS clients on a regular basis however my experience was less then satisfactory.The Pillow Talk accounting team did not provide the correct information to my plan management team at first which caused me a lot of stress due to myself having to chase this up numerous times to get the correct answer & not a excuse, i was advised that Pillow Talk only talk to the NDIS representative directly not the participant.I contacted my representative & they let me know that it was ready for collection not through Pillow Talk however but through my NDIS representative so I went into the store & they were unable to find my order, after explaining everything numerous times what felt like the thousandth time, they located my order but to my surprise it was in my NDIS Representatives name.Morals of this story is that yes I received my order however the internal system is incorrect & requires attention to make sure this does not happen to anyone else.

Such a lovely store, hard to choose sometimes.
