Our house build with Keogh Homes was a great experience!During the planning stage, Terry helped us immensely by accommodating all our requirements, explaining everything in detail, as well as giving valuable advice where needed! During the build stage, Matt & Pat Keogh provided excellent customer service and also met all our requirements, nothing was too much trouble. Each stage was completed within the scheduled timeframe, with high quality trade work and suppliers.Initially the thought of building a home was daunting for us, but the team at Keogh Homes exceeded our expectations, and we ended up thoroughly enjoying the experience!It’s been 6 months since moving into our new home and the house is performing exceptionally well.We are very happy with our Keogh Home and want to thank all the team at Keogh for their service, quality work, time and patience. We chose Keogh Homes to build our house because of their outstanding reputation and craftsmanship. When you build a Keogh Home you are building with the best.The attention to detail from this Family owned business is nothing short of impressive. Our house is a home because of the level of expertise all the Keoghs bring individually to the build. Their kindness, care and availability made the entire experience personal, enjoyable and stress-free.Our house is almost 8 years old, due to the quality of products and materials used along with outstanding trades combined - we still feel like it's as new as the day we moved in.When the time comes to resell, we know that advertising our house as Keogh Designed and Built will be the icing on the cake to potential buyers.

We met with a number of builders to build our new home in a Victorian style. From our first meeting with Jason, he bought into our dream and did whatever he could to make it happen. We have just started our build but couldn't be more pleased with the care and expertise of the Keogh team in the design phase. We will review again as the build continues but strongly recommend you include a conversation with Keogh before choosing your builder.

Keogh’s built 2 homes for us in Gisborne, handing over in late 2021 and having built through the various Covid lockdowns. Jason was great to deal with through the sign up process, and in particular was able to work with their internal design team to significantly improve the street presence of our projects design. We would also like to call out the quality of the product delivered which was remarked on by every one who walked through both homes, and which resulted in us achieving excellent sale prices for both homes. Kudos to Matt and Pat Keogh for the homes they built for us, and which made us so proud.

Floor plan changes, choosing colours, kitchen & bathroom designs & electrical plans changes were seamless and great fun, the amount of customisation you can have is endless.Pat and Matt ensured that we were informed for the entire duration of the build. And both could always be reached when required by either phone or email.The final build quality is flawless and attention to detail; impeccable.Post-build support has also been really great with follow up inspections and communications.Our house was built to perfection. I can’t say enough great things about Keogh Homes. The design process was fantastic. Jason and Pat are very easy to deal with. We had to hold off our build after the drawings were completed and Pat agreed to hold my pricing for six months which is amazing customer service. Can’t wait to commence our build.

We built with Keogh Homes and couldn’t be happier with the exceptional high quality build. They made the entire process quite stress free. Even upon our homes completion, Keogh’s were true to their word and completed the 3 month maintenance on a couple of minor issues without any delays.Everything as per our contact was honored. Our experience so far with Keogh Homes has been fantastic. Jason was the initial point of contact for my partner and I whom we met at their luxurious display home. With his assistance, we have managed to achieve our desired floorplan and completed our construction pack which now should commence building first quarter next year. Jason and his teams patience with us whilst we asked questions and made numerous alterations to our design made us feel extremely comfortable with the decision to choose Keogh Homes as our builder going forward. With covid causing inevitable price increases in labour and material, Keogh Homes have done their best to work around the industry pressures which arise continuously.
