My two daughters have been at Integral for about a year now and they LOVE it. They have come such along way in that time, it's amazing for their confidence and fitness. I really enjoy that it's not competitive in any way and that participation in end of term showcases are optional. The owner and coaches are just lovely and helpful at all times, nothing is too much trouble. We also recently held a birthday party there and it was AWESOME, Sasha was incredible with the kids and they all went home raving about what they could do on the silks. I liked that I could cater my own food and decorations, it was just really easy and stress free. I can't recommend this business enough.

I used the intro pass to try multiple different classes with different apparatus & instructors. From the moment I arrived I had great experiences, the staff at the desk have been very welcoming & helpful each time. The instructors have been friendly & encouraging & are happy to cater to your level of experience. The apparatus & space is safe. I've really had a great time here & I plan to come on a regular basis in the future.

I came here last year to try silks and lyra - loved them both. They cater for all levels and abilities. I used my discover NSW vouchers and loved that they gave a great deal for them! Sadly not too close to me but everytime I'm in the area I'd love to come back for a class or two.

We held a birthday party for our twins (7 years old) at Integral Aerial this weekend, with 12 of their friends. They all had a great time, smiling all of the time. The two coaches were excellent not just at explaining and demonstrating the different skills to the girls, but also working with each of them to perfect each skill or to encourage those who were less confident to try things at their own level. Would definitely recommend as a venue for a party.

We celebrated our 12th wedding anniversary, where the traditional gift is 'silk', by completing a private class with Kalile. My Husband, 2 girls (6&11) and I loved it!! so much fun. Kalile was fantastic and able to manage all of our varied skills.... not that we had much. Would highly recommend for a fun hens party, kids birthday or 12th wedding anniversary.

If you are thinking about trying an aerial class I highly recommend that you give it a go at Integral! I was feeling way out of my depth before the class but as soon as I walked through the door I felt welcome and supported by the coaches and others in the class. Such a super fun way to get fit and also learn some new skills!

I have a weekly membership and go 5 times a week. The atmosphere and coaches are amazing, which makes it a great environment to learn new skills. The gym is boring, but I am never bored here, different moves to learn and always improve on. I can't express how much I love it, it is my life now!!
