Kennards Hire Indooroopilly

Was easy and fast, although slightly more expensive than uhaul but compared to last time in my uhaul hire car that shook when going over 60km/h it was definitely worth it.

Hired an enclosed trailer to move house, very convenient trailer that looks like it’s specifically designed for house moves. Queen bed, appliances and big furniture all fitted easy peasy, tie down rails inside and fully enclosed with a ramp. Super awesome price 137 for 24hrs and no preauth on card required, a truck from another company was going to cost me over a grand including preauth, fuel and extra klms over 100 (we did 600klms round trip) trailer was way better. Service was quick and simple, book online, show up with license and thats it, they even attached it to the car And removed it at the end, which was unnecessary but a nice touch and would be handy for people who might not know how.

Fantastic service by a great team. World class culture. Equipment is always in perfect condition and never had any issues. These guys are the best !

I have used Kennards Indooroopilly for wide of equipment needs. The staff have been very accommodating particularly on the last occasion when I needed something in a hurry.

Had an awful experience. They doubled booked us even though we booked a month out, they didn't send a final invoice even though I called and emailed to follow up then said we didn't pay when I went to pick up yet didn't get final invoice. I also called that day to confirm I could pick up and they said yes, when I arrived they gave the generator I booked to another customer. They then had me go to another Kennards Hire 20mins away to grab a generator. Called ahead, they said they had one available and would have it all ready to go. We arrive, just as we were about to pay they said the generator had not been cleared because it was new so we could not use it. I was left without a generator for my event since it was too late to find one so last minute, luckily i knew the person hiring the generator so shared it with them since kennards double booked. I do not recommend at all.

Needed a pump to empty the pool, front staff at Kennards Indooroopilly very helpful. Good kit and very easy to drop off at the end of the day.

The guys were very friendly and helpful, proactively providing safety advice and being quick and efficient, in and out in 5 minutes. Thanks guys for helping save our couch!
