Well short of expectations. Posts well out of plumb (30mm in 1.8m), retaining walls lower than the earth they were meant to retain and not level, retaining wall on a dry area outside the drip-line of the wall above, lumps of broken concrete left on site, screenings left in garden beds, pipes sticking out of the ground (“I forgot”). Very disappointing. A potent lesson in the need to shop around.
