15 Oct 2022 absolutely disappointed with the customer service and personal comments from the lady on the counter. She is the most rude and disrespecting lady I have ever seen in this industry. Such people spoil all the mood and energy to shop.

This is from a few months ago but I came in to make a return and afterwards was having a look around and trying on clothes. One of the Portmans ladies who was looking after the go-backs and change room was complimenting a blazer I tried on and suggested a similar style which was a better colour for me. She went and found my size for me and a dress to match it with. She was super helpful and friendly. She even took a coat off a mannequin for me to try. Overall, had a lovely in-store experience and this is why brick and mortar stores are so important! You can’t get this service online! 5/5

No internet connection in store which is really shocking at this era. As a result of this, they can’t search for the items I ask for. The manager was really bossy to ask me do this and that, walking around to show her sales ladies the photo on my phone multiple times, left me unattended for quite a while. Not a pleasant shopping experience at all, compared with the store in city and in Macquarie shopping centre.

The taller lady that normally helps around the fitting rooms was absolutely amazing. My partner recently lost a bag of clothes that she purchased in the shopping centre and this lady spent 45 minutes with me, trying to find all the right sizes and colours so I could replace the items that were lost. Can’t thank her enough!

Terrible customer service from the lady working on Saturday 29th May.I tried on two jackets & when approached by the lady to see how I was going, I opened the change room door & advised I needed more time to think about whether I was going to purchase. This lady gave me a nasty look, took the jackets from me & walked out of the change roomsFor this reason, I didn't buy the jackets.The Portmans area manager, really needs to approach this issue, as I am reading similar comments online, her lack of customer service is decreasing your sales!

Horrible experience shopping here. Salesperson Ayesha was rude and blunt. After trying on clothes, my Mum asked for a different size for a dress. She found it and scrunched it up and chucked in a bag for purchasing. Will not shop here again.
