I have engaged Pink Inspection Services for many strata reports in the last 3 months . The service is excellent , the report is well written and includes a summary and risk assessment . Michael is professional, experienced and very knowledgeable . I heavily rely on his advice before buying a property. I highly recommend this service !

I am a solicitor and I have worked with PINK Inspections since 2017, by ordering on my clients' behalves building and pest inspection reports, as well as strata reports. PINK is on time and reliable, and its reports are written in a format that is easy to read and informative. The inspection was completed quickly and the report was in our hands less then 24 hours after I requested it. Inspectors are happy to answer questions if you have any. In this case the inspection highlighted many issues I missed and saved us investing in a property that would have cost tens and tens of thousands to repair.

I've been ordering pest/building/strata reports through pink for over 10 years now. I have always found their service to be excellent and their reports easy to read which is important to both myself and my clients.

Wish i did my research before using these people. The only research were their website and the testimonials!The initial year, we had Termidor chemical barrier installed to protect the property the cost for this was $3423.00, and it will have a10 year free service period. However, catch was we had to do an annual inspection with Pink Inspection Services to have the free service which costed $235 every year.I just assumed having this service would give me peace of mind.This is the 10th year I’m using them, and really sad to admit that i have not really gone through the reports in detail until this year, as I’m planning renovations and have to make sure there are no termite damage on my property.I email them asking for clarification and more details surrounding comments on the report as it’s rather vague, and rather than responding back via email, they CALLED back advising it is all OK and reassuring me that even though there are “moderate to extensive” termite damage, and there were evidence of sub terrain termite damage and termite damage was located, I would not have to take any action as it is all OK. I have emailed back reiterating what they have said on the phone and requested they replied back so i could get it in writing, however - no response via email at all. Don’t fall for the ten year warranty.

Ordered a strata report and selected the 3 business day turnaround. However, it took then 5 business days to get the report back to me. On the 4th business day, I contacted the number on the website which states friendly service

I would describe Pink as the fast food of pest inspections. Speed and convenience with no quality. I ordered a pest inspection. When I had some questions I contacted the office and was told someone would return my call. However this did not happen - care factor zero - minimum wage mentality. The pest inspection report was filled with comments like It should be noted that inspection within this area was limited. The absence of Timber pest activity refers to the accessible inspected areas and timber only." So what this means is the inspector poked his head in the roof space saw air conditioning duct and limited his inspection to what he could immediately see at that location without entering further or moving anything aside. No care to enter and even look around.So now I have bough the property and I want to get it sprayed do you think Im going to use a company who cant be bothered to do the job properly then covers their tracks with fine print?"
