Staff is amazing. Burgers are beautiful and the ice creams are really good. Chips are always hot and overall it is a great experience! Would totally recommend if your looking for something quick and easy but also really good tasting :)

As a burger fan, I would say that Betty’s Burgers have the best burgers! My to-go order is the Betty’s Classic burger, Thick Fries, as well as their Chocolate Thick Shake. Other than that, the Noosa Classic Surf and the Crispy Chicken is good as well. I would recommend dining in rather than take-out, as there is tremendous difference in the taste and experience. The well-designed shop also adds to the atmosphere when dining in. I love the colour scheme, and how it offers both outdoor and indoor sitting. They are well staffed as well, and the food comes pretty quickly. So far, the staff I’ve met are really nice too. Would 10/10 recommend trying if you have yet done so.

Went there for my daughters 16th birthday dinner and my nephew is vegan, my sister in-law asked for a burger with no meat and add an egg and they said no and refused. We were about to leave to eat elsewhere and then one of the YOUNG workers came up and said we can accommodate that and then removed the meat patty and charged us for the egg.Great service….. NOT. Sorry but won’t be eating there ever again.

I've wanted to try Betty's forever, luckily my Brother and Sister In Law have moved up here. We went in a big crowd of 9. We all tried a variety of their burgers. We enjoyed ourselves, the customer service was excellent! Other places take note!So friendly and accommodating.The French fries were hot and yummy.The beef patties weren't thick (I like them smashed patty style , you get the crispy edges then when cooked)The crispy chicken was crispy! And everything was fresh and looked so appetising.My son ordered a chocolate thickshake and it tasted like dark chocolate which we love. It's nice to be able to order some beers and get asked how we were doing after we got our order.Thanks.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered Betty's Burgers through ubereats and had my drinks smash onto the floor due to poor packaging.The large size drinks are stored in flimsy paper cups, which is then stored in a flimsy paper bag which is thinner than a paper towel. By the time the driver delivers the order, the bottom of the paper bag is completely saturated and holds together for barely seconds before smashing onto the floor and leaving a huge pile of mess to clean up.Never had this problem with any of the other fast food joints, Maccas, HJs, KFC all deliver large drinks in paper bags and never have I had the issue of drinks falling through the bottom of the bag.I get it if it's a once off thing but this has happened over 3 times now out of the 12 times I've ordered Betty's and surely I'm not the only one who has been through this.Hope Betty's improves the quality of their drink cups and their packaging for delivery because the convenience of ordering takeaway and not having dishes to clean disappears very quickly like the drinks that smash and spill all over the floors..

I love their bare buns!! It’s Not a deconstructed burger! It’s like a wrap but with no carbs!! Love it, super easy to change the ingredients to add or remove and not feel like your being a pain for it.
