Usually I have good experience at this store but twice today I was served by this sales staff and twice it was not a good experience.I know she was busy and twice I said I was sorry I was taking a little longer then normal.She looked frazzled and rushed.She didn't even even fold my material properly, she looked like she was going to scrunch up the material and toss it it like she didn't care.If she feeling so frazzled and angry now when it's busy.How is going to be when it's Christmas under 2 months away.Even before getting served by her and to ask her for some help with my order there was No one that I can see to help me to ask a couple questions on the floor.I thought there would be assistants on the floor to help.

Lincraft Woden is located on top floor of Westfield Woden. The escalator to it is near Big W and David Jones. It's not easy to find though once you know it's there, you'll always know.Once inside you'll find the usual offerings from Lincraft. Rolls of cloths, sewing items, crafts, ribbons, It's all there.Staff are friendly though tend to be at the cashier service end to attend to customers purchasing items.

Good prices, and got the advice I wanted

I visited the shop on 13/4/23 at 12.56pm, and was served by a team member called Patricia; as I had a lot of bulky itmes which I had to get home on 2 buses and I had an injured leg,I asked if I was able to leave 2 packets of the curtains to collect the following day; she readily agreed.All items were paid for in the one transaction.The next day when I returned to make more purchases and to collect my curtains,I was served by a different team member by the name of Sophie who seemed skeptical that I had paid for them the previous day; she asked me twice! In all fairness,Patricia had neglected to attach a store copy of the receipt or even a label saying paid" so how was Sophie to know? Unfortunatley I had indeed left my previous days' receipt at home
