I don't find the staff very helpful, you can stand there waiting to speak to someone e for ages while they are chatting to each other. It would be understandable if they were serving customers and you had to wait, but not when they are just talking and laughing with each other.

Well, I visited the shop today to inquire about the apple watch, the lady over there named Lizzy /Lizy, with no smile on her face ,quite unwillingly assisted me. She was rude and was not able to have enough knowledge of the product. Rather than accepting her lack of knowledge about the product she continued to misguide me.The 5 mins which I spent with her, she didn’t even once smile.I have been to this shop before and the other staff there were always nice and happy to help, unlike Lizy.

This store is never open or if their open you have to have an appointment. However tried calling nearly 10 times. Left messages each time with no response. Some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Don’t get me started on them trying to sort out our business phones.

If i could give this -10 i would my phone has been in for repairs now for just on 2 MONTHS nathan has been very help with my problem although i know he is very very busy seemed to be the only one in th store that knows anything but sometimes doesn't ring back when he says he will Had double hernia operation tried to ring store about 12 times no answer left messages no response had to struggle down to store some surly lady with a computer in her hand has refused me twice to talk to nathan she needs to be not in retail no smiles nothing just very rude no one in the shop, i was told that she had rang people to come in at time one person in the store nathan just finished with a customer still was not allowed one question another time people waiting one staff sitting on a chair playing with a phone no way was she going to serve anyone when you ring the store goes to answer machine but nobody rings you back the worse experience i have ever had telstra repairs has promised so much but has never come through with these hamilton store sent my phone in for repairs came back in same wrapping no even opened sent back again have not seen my phone since looks like optus when i get my phone back if ever

I recently had phone issues where one of my accounts had been hacked. I went into your store and was assisted by Ebony. Her professionalism and customer service was impeccable. I am not an IT savvy guy but it didn’t affect the service I received.Give praise when praise is due – and on Monday 16th August, Ebony deserves praise!Another happy customer.

Notice on door says open @1.15pm after lunch. No one there at 1.30pm, so take my business somewhere else. Not good.

Probably the worst customer service ive received on multiple occasions. Also when walking in you get placed in a 'queue' although nobody is in the store, and as I sat waiting I got the pleasure of listen to the free staff members talking about their day and twiddling with their thumbs.

just make it easy on your self do all your own research online for the phone that you would like then click the buy button there and wait the 4 to 5 days for delivery. simple questions like does this phone have the same sim card as the phone i have are beyond the staffs ability to answer correctly.

I visited the store today, 17/02/22 because of a problem with my phone.Great service from everyone in the store with a full explanation of what was being done to attempt to fix it.Left the shop with a fully- functioning phone but a promise of a Warranty exchange if the problem returns.Thank you.

Still waiting to be served, male staff member very fast to serve, the other staff member is texting on her phone and hasnt spoken to me as yet....
