Even 1 Star is way, way too much. Absolutely appalling customer service. Rude, sense of superiority, sense of entitlement. Unreliable. Agency arranged a 2pm viewing of a property and then failed to show. No call no message. No apologies. Even after I brought it to the owners attention, still no apologies just arrogance. Will they comply with QLD smoke alarm laws? That remains to be seen. Renting through this mob was hell, they did not even care that our smoke alarms did not work. Put your family’s safety first. Look elsewhere.IF YOU ARE ALREADY STUCK WITH THEM DO NOT LET THEM UNJUSTLY KEEP YOUR BOND. Don’t let them charge you for cleaning that was never carried out. Chances are if they can’t produce a receipt, that it never happened. DO NOT STAND FOR IT. TAKE THEM TO COURT!You may need to take the to court twice, as they even disobey court orders!
