I used Chris to install a new instantaneous gas hot water unit and remove the old tank style one (24yo). He came over and provided a quote & made sure no unexpected surprises. He was on time, professional, did a good job, explained it all to us and cleaned up after himself and his colleague. He also organised an electrician to add the outdoor waterproof powerpoint which made it easier for us. He was the cheaper of 2 quotes we got but excellent workmanship and communication. I will use Chris again for any plumbing issues I have.

Chris and his team were fantastic to work with - fast, responsive and financially pragmatic. We had received another quote that was double the price and wouldn't have even solved the problem. Chris came and saved the day, identified a misdiagnosis of the issue, charged half the price and actually solved the problem. He was generous with his time and it was a job well done. Chris and Peter are now my ‘go to’ guys for any and all my plumbing queries and jobs. They’re professional, quick, polite, trustworthy and well priced. Over the years for us they’ve handled 2 bathroom renovations, full plumbing for a first floor addition, laundry leaks, installing new fridges and been at the end of the phone for any urgent plumbing emergencies.
