We purchased a new double door to open out onto our deck. We purchased it from Accent Windows and very happy with their quality of windows and service. The team make sure you are happy with the final product and installation. We did have some things that needed to be fixed and Abraham made sure it was corrected. Abraham did a great job from measuring the sizes, installing the window and fixing any concerns. He is also very friendly and accommodating. We also needed the pet mesh replaced and Eqbal came and replaced and returned it the same day. Zara was also great for following up any concerns. I can definitely say that Accent windows takes pride in their work and the quality is the best. Thank you to the team.

We have just had our windows replaced by Accent and they are absolutely fantastic. We went for double glazed and timber reveals and could not be happier. Now they were not the cheapest quote we received but the quality is so much better, very solid. I can say hand on heart that I have never dealt with a company that treats their customers with such respect and trust, providing expert opinion on what would look great. Starting with Aziz who came and quoted our job, and he was there the whole way through whenever we had questions. The support he provided was amazing, and his suggestion of only having one panel window and a larger window space for us to look out instead of three panels (suggested by other companies) was brilliant and I am so happy with the result. We have gone from old steel windows put in 1966 when the house was built to these beautiful double glazed windows. The installation team of Ali, Luke and Craig were so professional and have done a five star job replacing our windows and having very minimal plaster work. They went over and above to ensure we were happy with the job that they had done. Our house is much warmer up the top section where the windows were replaced and our heater does not come on as often now. No more high temperatures from our gas heating as it gets too hot now! We will definitely be booking Accent to come and do the rear section of the house with double glazed to match the front. Five star company and a five star for the replacement of our windows. Very impressive.

We are return customers, our house had a number of large and bespoke windows and door ways which we wanted replaced and double glazed.Accent's team did a great job we have already noticed that our heating cycles over a much longer time and the outside noise levels have dropped. We had all our timber widows and doors replaced by Accent - a large number - some difficult. The installers, Craig & Lucas, were super professional, friendly and helpful - having had a deal of renovation done in our time for our Bayswater home, we feel qualified to comment. Craig impressively visited prior to installation to ensure that the job would be completed as smoothly as possible - it was - taking 4 days rather than the estimated five.
