After ordering $30 roses they completely drooped in two days. Not sure about buying flowers from them again.

Purchased roses and Gerberas last evening at 5pm. Asked for them to put together as they were for a friend who had just lost their Mum. Told it would cost $5 extra! What are you for real. Unwrapped then when I got home and they were half dead, def not fresh. Don’t waste your time or money. Should have taken a pic.

Rip off! This business charges $2.00 to process a debit card payment, and another $2.00 to wrap the flowers.

I’ve bought flowers from here on several occasions because they are local. Flowers don’t ever seem to look fresh or of good quality. Disappointing customer service if you can call it that. They talk loudly amongst themselves (staff) as if customers are transparent. Long wait times if only one staff available and no apology. Really awkward, unfriendly service and low quality flowers in a nutshell.

The lady at the counter was extremely patient, kind and took great care to make sure my flowers looked beautiful

Has a lot of tramps hanging around the entrances begging for money.Place is not very well arranged.

Today 6/3/21, I waited in line for a while to purchase a bunch of tulips at $7/bunch as displayed. However, when I was at the registered, I was told by the florist/seller that it was $10/bunch. When I pointed out that the display was clearly $7/bunch. She simply said 'Someone put down the wrong price. Do you want it or not?', quite passive aggressively.It was a very unpleasant experience for me as a customer. No sorry for the wait, no apologise for the confusion with the price tag. I didn't make the purchase because I would rather do business elsewhere and I wouldn't come back as well, even though I am a frequent customer and I have been purchasing regularly even during the lockdown last year to support the business.It was very disappointing!Last time when I was there, I bought about 4 indoor plants at once and the receipt was just ridiculous, it wouldn't say what you bought. It was just a whole bunch of random price tags, but adding up to your total amount because they didn't have the correct price tag for each plant. It was very unprofessional.
