Product is good , but after spending 5 grand and sending photos to have product colours matched to existing balustrade ( white not blue) were told they don't match because he can't remember ever doing a job like ours ( not hard look at the photos) and then being told nothing we can do about it, well you offer money back or replace the product . I guess the 10grand for the back deck is going elsewhere .Last but not least I gave to the millimetre measurements and was told it would close to all are between fours inches and 1.5 metres to long .

I’m extremely happy with the prompt service I received from my email enquired. I dealt with Leanne via email and my purchase went very smoothly with the product being just as described. My builder was impressed with the product and I have passed on the companies details to him to recommend to his future clients.

do not use this organization they do not deliver very rude manager they take your money and dont deliver whent to but some screws for job not completed he told me to go to a hardware shop to buy them

Checked their wesite for trading hours, drove across Melbourne to their store only to find a hand written note saying they were closed on Saturdays for 3 months...Made another trip across Melbourne with sample in hand, was referred to the owner who did nothing but complain about the amount of work involved to make detailed stuff like ours, he complaind and complained and complained some more....Owner took my details and promised me a fast response that afternoon.6 days later I still haven’t had that quick response....In short, change your web page when you decide to change your trading times, we don’t all live around the corner.... stop complaining about everything to people who didn’t even ask..... reply when you say you are going to....I’m taking my business back to SA
