They were very obliging too as we had two households to move to two separate locations using one huge truck. Thanks Adam and Danielle. The two men who accomplished this hefty task were outstanding and looked after all our respective belongings from pick-up at Parrearra, to drop-offs at Tewantin and Pomona. From my first phone call onwards communication was great. The team are professional, friendly and took care of our belongings like they were their own. We had to move interstate and then place our belongings in storage for 2 months. Again we could not fault the team , constantly keeping in contact with us. Big thanks to everyone at Platinum Removals. Tony and Jesse displayed great professionalism and work ethic while handling our relocation. All items from our inventory list were able to be moved as quoted, even the oversized/excessively heavy ones. The trip to the unload destination was hampered by Brisbane traffic and despite the night-time arrival, the guys got stuck back into it and continued with their fantastic service. There was even a cameo appearance from Aidan, helping to get the job completed as quickly as possible. Reliable, professional, peace of mind service and the price was as per quotation. These guys are simply the best! We recently used Platinum Removals to move us up to the Sunshine Coast and they were INCREDIBLE. We could not have been happier. We had a quick settlement on our house and needed a removalist as soon as possible. I had called other companies and it was quite a painful experience. Then I found Platinum - they were easy, super friendly and delivered on their promise of outstanding service. On the day they arrived on time, the truck looked great and was so meticulously packed with everything you could ever need from a removalist. The guys were professional, quick and made sure everything fitted perfectly. It was a stress free enjoyable experience! Five Stars!!!! Highly recommend.

Adam and his team were awesome. I used them several times for various jobs between Sunshine Coast and Sydney. They tolerated my multiple inventory changes, they picked up and delivered when they said they would, and everything arrived safe and sound. All that for a great price. Highly recommend.

Platinum movers provided exceptional customer service for our interstate move from start to end. They moved with pace and delivered a day ahead of schedule too which was a major plus for us! Tony was personable and all-around great, he called me in advance and updated me enroute for earlier delivery time. He moved our belongings with care following labels of what goes where. He was also kind to help me assemble my bed for the night amongst all the boxes! Highly recommended 5+stars for excellence.
