Shaun quoted me a job over the phone to install a powerpoint for $250. He said no need for a physical quote. On the day he said it'd be fine. A few hours later he told me the job was done, and for an inexplicable reason, he asked me what I did for a living, and then decided that he'd charge me $440 instead. I asked for it to be itemized and he said 'that's not possible' and that it was parts (no parts changed between when he quoted it as $250..). If the price was to be increased 60%, I would expect to be consulted before going ahead. I definitely would not recommend them. Steer clear.

Shaun was prompt and professional and came on time. He communicated very well about the electrical work to be done. He provided an excellent high standard service at a fair price. He also cleaned up any mess. I would highly recommend him.
