We had so much fun visiting Bouvier for pre dinner drinks. The red pearl is a must, the most delicious cocktail I have had!Stunning bar, love the fit out, great atmosphere and impeccable service from Rex! 10/10Thank you and we can't wait to come back and try the food next visit

Had my 50th upstairs in a private room. All the guys there made it a special and fantastic evening. Bruce and Linda, Mel and Michelle and even Adrian Richardson went out of their way to make it an event to remember. Service was impeccable, food abundant and delicious, ambience perfect. Highly recommended

Great steaks perfectly cooked and great cuts, sides were amazing. Wine list was fantastic and more importantly the service was 5 star. Special thanks to the waitstaff - you guys made our night (not to detract from the amazing food) our plates were spotless after each course. We’ll be back.

2nd visit now and has quickly become my favourite place to have a cocktail.Food is exceptional and goes perfectly with the drinks. Gabriel is amazing and makes the most exceptional drinks. Both times in visiting we have just let him know what type of drinks we like and he goes off menu and surprises us with a range of wonderful cocktails.Will be back many more times in the future !

Absolutely perfect. Best steaks I have ever eaten at a restaurant. All food is perfectly cooked and tastes great. Staff are so friendly and service is spot on. The cocktails are, of course, sensational. Good wine list too, by the glass or bottle.
