I had a lesson with Derek and it was amazing. I have a P licence changed from overseas but no experience in driving on Australian roads. Derek helped me grow confidence and gave me lots of information. He is also a funny guy. Highly recommend here!

Highly recommend Kathy Rodgers. Tried a few instructors before I found Kathy from Arrive Safe. I am a late bloomer, actually a very late bloomer, I turn 50 this year & only started to learn to drive last year. Kathy was flexible enough to accommodate my need to take lessons on different days & times. Here knowledge of the process removed a lot of my anxiety during the time it took me to learn. I passed my driving test this week & I can honestly say that if it wasn't for Kathy's patience, understanding & the witty banter along the way, I probably would have abandoned the decision to get my license. Had Kathy for some driving lessons, she was very clear and thorough, teaching me the basics of driving as well as refining my driving for the Ps test which I passed easily!! She is very experienced giving heaps of useful tips for general road safety. Was taken along the test routes and was confident going into the driving exam. Would highly recommend!!

Kathy and Derek are a great team. Kathy taught my daughter a few years back. She is now on her full license and has never had an accident. I put this down to Kathy’s patient caring and positive teaching.My son passed his test this week and Derek was his instructor. He passed first time and again with out the help of Derek with his fine tuning, positive and fun learning techniques I am sure he would of had to sit his test again.I have no Problem recommending Kathy and Derek @ Arrive safe driving school. Derek is definitely one of a kind! Very easy going, funny and he was always, always with a smile on his face, so I believe it all contributed to make me feel calm while I had my lessons. I grew my confidence as a driver, I overcame such fear that used to have before, I learnt a lot from him, every little thing was well explained and detailed.. Now I hold with my provisional license 1 & for that I will be forever grateful to him. Thank you Dear Derek thank you! never stop being who you are. As soon as I started driving with Kathy I felt safe, comfortable and also not afraid that I’d be yelled at if I made a mistake. I highly recommend Kathy to anyone who wants to pass their driving test. She is a wonderful instructor , very approachable. I liked how she taught me tips and tricks that are very helpful in your driving test and also useful for driving safe in your everyday life. She goes through every step briefly which makes it very easy to comprehend the techniques. She also observes your driving skills and points out your mistakes and guides you to improve. I was very nervous before giving my driving test but after just two lessons with her helped me build my confidence and pass my unrestricted driver licenses. I am very happy that she was my driving instructor, thank you for your help, Kathy.

I’ve got very nice experience with Derek. He is incredibly detailed in the instructions. I was without driving for years with an overseas license. So I got my full driver license. Derek helped me regain my confidence as a driver. I highly recommend them because they have a lot of experience, punctuality, patience and passion in teaching/instructing.Thank you

Kathy was amazing in preparing my twin daughters for their driving test . Although each of them had different strengths and weaknesses she was able to identify and tailor them individually !! Her husband Derek also had expert advice on the day of the test ,I can’t recommend them enough !!
