Pretty average experience with the process prior to and after the test drive. All that aside, I loved the car. Ensure that you watch a tutorial or two prior booking to acquaint yourselves with the vehicle. Everything is done through your account on the Tesla app and it’s very efficient in all aspects. And true to their word, the car was ready by the estimated delivery dates. Picked it up today and the process was smooth. All questions were answered and they set up all the basics for me.

This was a great way to get way up close to Tesla vehicles and ask lots of questions.I would fully recommend this, if you are considering a new Tesla automobile. Simply, visit this shop front and experience the Tesla vehicle first hand.You will not be disappointed by the finish or the features. You will find the staff helpful and pleasant to deal with.A very innovative approach to transport.

Tesla sales Wen Lee didn’t tell me the surcharged fee 859$ in advance, this is the hidden charge and cheating consumer behavior. Tesla’s staff said the bank surcharged me not Tesla, but I called the bank when I got home, the bank staff said it was Tesla charging me the extra 859$. I felt be cheated by Tesla staff and really not happy, my customer experience is really bad.

Wow! I had a test drive of the Tesla S. Fantastic machine, beautiful & easy to drive, luxury interior, easy to handle. It would easily seat 4 adults & carry their luggage as well, as the boot is huge. I even tried the Autopilot which was a very interesting experience. They knew I was fulfilling a dream for my late husband & they were just wonderful. They answered all my questions & we're generous with their time. Thank you so much Tesla & Lachlan Milne in particular! What a fantastic vehicle & experience!!!

I went here with my friends and no one asked us if we need hospitality, I don't know if we need a reservation, but there is no greeting at all, then someone else comes, immediately go up to the hospitality, sucks because I am Asian , so not eligible to be entertained?

Not a very helpful test drive experience. The staff who guided us through(not like he really guided us) assumed we should’ve known everything about Tesla before test drive, didn’t feel welcome to ask any question. 30 mins test drive is not enough for a busy location, driving out of the multi level car park and a shopping complex already took quite some time.

Car is great however customer service can be improved. Our original delivery date for a Model Y were Feb-May 2023, but Tesla decide one day to just allocate us to a December order with 2 days notice. We gave them a call after 2 days to tell them that we weren’t ready, but was instead force to take delivery or lose our place in the queue. After going through all our option, we decide to go through with the delivery. Fast forward, 2 weeks later, Tesla announce a PRICE REDUCTION that would have applied to our original order, but because of tesla APPALING service, we lose out on this with pretty much zero compensation. Despite the car being great, we are likely won’t be buying another Tesla ever again with this type of practice.

Only one quib , my fault I guess, didn't do my homework I gave a deposit and then found out I had a job offer overseas so wanted my deposit back, all within 3 days , but was told it's not a deposit but an order fee so it didn't qualify for the 3 day cooling off period. Again my fault, otherwise great experience and great car, I'll buy it when I'm back.The $400 I lost huts but...lol.
