I have done my research on WA builders before recommending Novus to my sister (building her home in Churchlands). We have had an amazing experience with the Home Building Consultant Brad Park and Home Designer Rachel. They were amazing and provided exemplary customer service during the design stage. Not forgetting Natasha who was so helpful and sweet. I dropped by the site to look at the progress of constuction yesterday and was delighted to see how orderly and clean the site was. Though the property wasnt completed, the workmanship looks good. I am truly looking forward to see the fully completed beautiful home. Kudos to the constuction and site management team at Novus. Keep up the good work!I highly recommend Novus to land owners that are thinking of building their own homes. You will definitely enjoy the journey with Novus.

I live by a property that they are building on Laurel road in woodlands. I was woken up at 6.15 am on a Saturday morning by their plasters banging around. No respect for the rules or neighbours.No supervision .Rang the office,answer phone -no response as yet .

This was our fifth build in the past 30 years. This time we spent two years researching and talking to experts in the industry before we chose our builder. We chose Novus because they had a fantastic reputation for building a quality home and making it an easy process for their clients.This was also our experience. From the moment we started talking about the design with Greg we were extremely impressed. Greg went over and above to make sure we were happy with our design and contract terms. He put us in contact with a styling team that helped us with all of our colour interior and exterior choices. Greg was very professional and extremely knowledgeable.Pre start was a dream process and the options we were given were of very high standard.Working with our Customer Liaison Manager Lara was a dream, nothing was ever too much trouble. Lara was always easily contactable, professional, friendly and extremely good at her job.We were given access to our very own online build portal where we could access everything from updated photos, contracts, contact details of supervisors and a constant updated timeline showing all details of how the building of our house was progressing.Our supervisor Paul was outstanding. He was easily contactable, had superb attention to detail, managed superior trades and workmanship, He made sure we were extremely happy with every aspect of our new home and anything that we have noticed since moving in has been fixed or changed without much fuss. We love every aspect of our new home. The quality is 100% and everything is just as we imagined it was going to be. We would highly recommend Novus as a superior home builder.
