I see Paul at Activedge Therapy. I’ve always avoided physio’s I have t had much success with recovery over the years until I met PaulHe is amazing and has always managed to find the origin of my injury / pain. We work through the healing process weekly to repair and strengthen the weak areas.He’s knowledgeable and explains the injury ans why it’s cUsing pain. He also explains the treatment and gives me guidance and light exercises to do at home to assist with the recovery.

Richard is an excellent physiotherapist with a wealth of experience. I visited him when I was a hardcore Crossfiter and still see him now for rehabilitation for chronic pain issues due to poor genetics.He offers a wide range of services and is an incredibly gifted specialist when it comes to biomechanics and movement.I drive an hour each way just to see him and every penny is worth it.10/10

I am a physiotherapist myself and sometimes when we get injured it can be very difficult to self-treat and self-manage.I've seen Richard Kim many times for several injuries and issues, he has many years of clinical experience and is highly skilled in manual therapy. He is very respectful and always takes the time to explain his assessment findings and treatment plan.My partner is also a physiotherapist and we often treat each other for our injuries but when she asked why I keep seeing Richard Kim I insisted that she give him a try as well. She was also very impressed and pleased with Richard's service.I have been treated by several physiotherapists, including colleagues, and to this day have not found another physiotherapist better than Richard :)Highly recommended!

I've seen Matthew over the years for varying sports injuries. He knows his stuff and has always been quick and efficient in diagnosing, treating, providing relief and giving me recovery exercises that have gotten me back to 100% so much faster than I predict.Best physio I've ever been to by far! Oliver is a highly professional and kind physiotherapist who treated my back with the utmost care and attention. He is incredibly empathetic and always went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and goals, and he helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel when I was feeling down. I was first advised to see Richard at Activ Therapy about 2 years ago by my powerlifting coach to treat a shoulder restriction that was holding back my lifting. Since then, I go back regularly for both treatment and advise about muscle imbalances and form breakdowns that invariably arise from pushing lots of heavy weights around.Richard is a physio that is passionate about sports science and sincere in treating you so you can continue pushing your physical limits asap. The clinic itself is very clean and efficiently run with an online booking system that's accurate and easy to use.

I highly recommend Active Therapy in Clemton Park. I started seeing the physio there late last year to help with a shoulder injury I had. Matt is an excellent physiotherapist. I then started attending the exercise classes where I go along to Pilates twice a week, as well as Boot Camp once a week. The instructor Aimee is excellent, and the classes are fun and great value for money. I have really noticed a significant improvement in my posture and general mobility.

I've had lower back issues for years and more recently knee pain. Richard fixed my back and knee problems in just a handful of sessions. Incredibly! My 40 something year old body feels like it could be 20 something again! I've been keeping up ongoing monthly sessions for preventative maintenance. I highly recommend this practice and even consider preventative therapy as you get older. Your aging body will thank you.

Richard is a fantastic physio and an amazing person! Very methodical and explains everything he is doing as he goes and focuses on both your long term and immediate recovery rather than just the short term.He explains each exercise in detail and why you are doing them, and does a great job in ensuring you understand.
