Super helpful team and not there to bend you over. Provide cheaper options if that's the best fit and they don't try and upsell you.Have saved us twice during floods and have gone back for repeat business.Learned and friendly.Would recommend

Good service in-store. We needed advice which required site attendance. They attended (admittedly without notice, but they did attend). Then nothing, despite repeated follow ups and assurances they would get back to us. Very disappointed and frustrated

Thank you, Thank you!And yet again, over a year later, we received such great friendly service with excellent information and advise. Terrible communication, fairly good service. They put in a watering service in our back yard. It ended having major leaks, which they repaired as part of warranty. We had another leak, we asked if they could look at it and quote, they sent a guy who never answers his phone or replies to messages, he went ahead and repaired the leak and then charged a huge amount without getting the go-ahead from us or quoting a price beforehand. The leak came back, we let them know, they never replied. One of those smaller companies that only follows up on something if you nag them over a period of time. Be warned.
