I highly recommend Phoenix Training Centre.The coaches are amazing and really supportive.I am now stronger and fitter than I’ve ever been and I have my coaches and the support of other members to thank for that.

Great group of people! Made me feel welcome from day one, I've been twice and already can feel myself improving. Great value for money and an as some way to get active without it feeling like excersize!. Very clean and proffesional. Highly reccomend! Come have a roll!

Started training at Phoenix around 2 1/2 years ago and absolutely love it!!I will never forget the first time I rolled with coach the head coach Professor Wayne.I’m not sure how but he had me on all fours but my legs and arms in the air?? Then gently placed me down and chocked me.I have never felt so helpless …..I was immediately hooked and made a decision.I had to learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, so I could learn how to control people, as Wayne did to me.Can’t recommend Phoenix Training Centre enough.Great people on and off the mats.

This gym is wonderful! The atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly, a real sense of community and involvement, and most of all FUN! Everyone I've met and trained with has been incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend coming down and giving it a go.

As someone who has done martial arts for now 17 years. I can say with confidence that Phoenix Training Centre is of the highest calibre.Professor Wayne Ardley is trained in Multiple arts and is one of the most knowledgeable martial artists I have met.The facilities are top notch and the gym itself is nothing short of an amazing family environment.

Three of my boys train here (14, 12, & 8) and the 6 year old is now begging me to do it too! The coaches are fantastic, great with the kids. The training is both useful and enjoyable and the boys love it. I thoroughly recommend to any parent wanting to grow resilient, confident kids.
