After seeing what a great job Tom did at our friend's house recently we booked him to do our carpets and stairwell. Tom was so accommodating - worked in with our times and did a great job - the carpets look like new! We'd highly recommend Tom!!

Tom was very professional and did such a thorough clean of our mattresses and couches. Everything was cleaned very quickly and he took great care in cleaning the mattresses to ensure that they were cleaned appropriately. He was also so reasonably priced, we will absolutely use his services again, thanks Tom!

Cannot recommend Tom enough! He provides a fantastic service and from my experience at short notice if an emergency should arise! He has extensive knowledge on carpet care and has some fantastic tools to ensure the advice is backed up with the latest technology. I would highly recommend Tom from the Steam Clean Team! I have used The Steam Clean Team services on a few occasions and have been extremely happy every time! I have used other carpet cleaning companies before and my carpets never looked as good as after Tom and the Stream Clean left them. Tom is also an absolute pleasure to deal with!

After calling Tom last minute on a Saturday from a huge soiling from a little French Bulldog, I was frazzled and he was more than happy to help me out and made time between clients. Tom did a fantastic job with our king size mattress and lounge room carpet. It was such a nice surprise that our carpet ended up looking brand new, as it had seen the full wrath of 3 toddlers and our dog. Nothing was a problem for Tom, he was even happy to clean on a few troubled couch cushions while he was there. Can’t recommend him enough!

Very impressed with Tom's service, would absolutely recommend for end of lease carpet cleaning. Great price, on time, efficient, good communication and even came on a public holiday. Our carpets were in a rough state, not having had a steam clean in 5 years of different renters, and they've come up unbelievably well. Thank you!
