Marcus was fantastic at helping us get our house ready for sale. He made suggestions for what to clean up and fix up for sale, and what not to worry about. When we were ready to sell he worked with us on staging the house and getting some beautiful photos for our listing. We got a phone call after every open house with an update, and when it came time to negotiate he pushed every step of the way to get us the absolute best deal possible. Very happy with his performance and how he worked for us. We ended up selling for more than we had expected. This was my second time selling a house, and Marcus was the 3rd agent I had dealt with, and by far the best in terms of communication, punctuality, pleasant to deal with and working with us to get us the best deal.Thank you Marcus! I feel bad to be the first one to give 1 star to Area Specialist Solution Pakenham. I would have rather given 0 if there would be the option.I would never recommend anyone to do any type of business with Stacey Woodfield. Unfortunately, she is the director but highly unethical and unprofessional. She does not have courage to speak the truth she makes the stories up to misguide people.Now I know Stacey, you would simply say you don't know me and you have never done any business with me. If that's the case I can also share your messages, which you sent me to remind you who I am.That is true That I did not have any business with you and I never wish too as well. But, I should remind you that you left 6 minute before the inspection time from 5 Mountford Rise, Pakenham and after that you just made up the story that you would let me in later. However, you were in the process of getting the offer from someone else.Stacey, please show some professionalism if you were already dealing with someone else and that was the reason you left earlier than the scheduled time and after that refused to open up the house for me at another time, then you could have said the same instead of giving false reasons that you would take me sometime later while at the same time you were getting the contract signed by someone else. STACEY WOODFIELD, you should be fair and honest and need to treat everyone equally in your professionalism so better to learn.

I found area specialist solutions through a Christmas flyer drawing competition that was left in my mailbox.Normally, these things would be thrown straight into the bin. But for some reason, I decided to let my five year old son do the colouring competition and as such when applying, had an extremely positive experience with their customer service and welcoming feeling to new people.

We sold our house through Marcus during a lockdown and the process couldn’t have been easier.Marcus was extremely helpful and managed to sell our house over zoom in a week for more then what we hoped for!He even helped us find our next homeCould not recommend him and the team more!

Stacey has been absolutely amazing and has gone above and beyond to sell our home. She’s always been there, answering any calls and questions we’ve had. She’s made this process such a breeze and helped us get the price we wanted. I highly recommend her. (5 Mountford Rise) Those people came late to an inspection as they were sent by someone else (not Stacey) and asked us to see the house. This is why we were home when they came, as we came after the inspection had finished. Stacey even offered to show them another time. They continued to say she left early which she did not and I told them this as the inspection had already finished and that is why we were home. I’ve reported that review and hope google takes it down as this is not a fair representation of Stacey and her work.She’s been so accommodating and again, has gone above and beyond to sell our home.Thank you Stacey for helping us through a big move, we appreciate you and your hard work.
