Amazing haircut! Had Nathan, definitely one of the best barbers there. Unbelievable fade and even better company. During the cut, a lady who worked next door came in and was quite rude for no reason even though Nathan was with a customer. I was very impressed with how Nathan handled the situation with professionalism. Highly recommend!

Got one of the best hair cuts from this place. If you’re after a killer fade, Ivan is your guy. He’s always very welcoming and genuinely passionate about what he’s doing. Would definitely go there again

Got a great fade at Mancave. Would highly recommend coming here, best barber in the east side of Melbourne. They took time to look after each client even though they were very busy. Definitely coming back

I would definitely recommend Mancave. These guys just understand what you are after and cut it. Its one of the few things that are very important for men, especially if you’re new to Australia.

I've been a regular at this barber shop for years, always finding my visits to be pleasant, efficient, and professional. However, my experience today (17 May, around 3 PM) has completely shattered my trust.The barber who cut my hair seemed to be in a rush and appeared dissatisfied with his job. He moved the clipper through my hair at a reckless speed, yanking it instead of trimming it, which caused immediate pain. When I asked him to slow down, he blamed the hair wax I had applied earlier in the day instead of apologizing. If that was an issue, I would have been happy to wash my hair before the cut, but this option was never offered to me.Next, he used the blower too close to my head. The heat was so intense, it felt like my scalp was burning. The blower was directed straight at my scalp, which was very uncomfortable. Despite my protest, he didn't apologize.The worst part was when he nicked my ear with the small clipper. The pain was so intense that I instinctively pulled my head away, yet he still didn't apologize.I considered asking for a different barber when he first pulled my hair, but I decided to give him a chance. That was a big mistake. My haircut turned out awful - he completely ruined it.This was a really bad experience. I won't be going back here, and I advise others to think twice before they do.To the business owner, please retrain your staff. If someone's having a bad day, they shouldn't take it out on the customer. The receipt doesn't have the barber's name, but it lists the server ID as #1. The invoice number is 018788, Merch ID # SP7030000007042, and the reference number is 002961060641. I paid $38.63, and the transaction was recorded on the receipt at 15:17. The barber was wearing a black Nike sweater, approx. 160 cm height. I hope this information is enough for you to identify him and address the issue.Also, please speak with your other staff members. They were present when I voiced my concerns and they surely know which barber I'm complaining about. They're aware of the issues with this individual. I hope you take action to prevent this from happening to other customers, if you care to do so.

On Friday the 26th i went to mancave with my friends. I had heard good things and were confident i would be able to get a good cut. After waiting i got called up, asked the barber for just a mid drop fade and to not touch the top as i was growing out a buzz cut. The barber did not give me a mid drop fade but rather a high fade, he also cut the top where i was growing it out. The final result of the fade was ok but the in the process he cut my hair with the clippers. My friends had the same experience with sharp clippers and cuts aswell as barbers not following their instructions.

Worst customer interaction especially the tall guy who did haircut for my husband.. BEHAVED VERY RACIST. When we started discussing about what type of haircut we want he did not even listen properly.. he started yelling at us in between the haircut when he realised that we r not happy the way it was going.... I never expected this rude behaviour..totally disappointed.. Other two guys who were working looked very approachable .. wished we had the service from them..

They absolutely butchered my hair. The fade they did was so bad it doesn’t even look like a fade. The back of head looks so bad right now. I spent $38 to get the haircut and I had to spend another 20 bucks for a new cap because of these people. The other people might be decent but the older guy is the one that cut my hair and he did such a bad job. He basically owes me 58 bucks now. I will never go back here
