When ordering a gi they only had A1 A2 A3 and so forth listed for the website. I asked for an A1L in the manufacture notes before ordering and now I have an A1L gi.

The uniform we purchased was well worth the money and excellent quality . It took a long time for the parcel to be posted and communication was sadly lacking.I believe this company would receive so many good reviews if their communication improved.

When I first ordered the product communication regarding sizing was very good. After placing the order I requested a rough ETA. You get a computer generated response on this. Weeks went past and after many attempts to get an answer I still heard nothing back. I sent a final email stating I was going to contact the credit card company and get my money back. I then received a response within minutes. A week later my Gii arrived. Quality wise I am very impressed, it is a very good quality material. The company are very much let down by the lack of communication but product is great.
