Extremely unprofessional. Did not show up for the scheduled appointment. I waited for hours at home and they only told me they weren't coming after I chased them up. Made the appointment weeks ago so now I am out even more time as I try to find someone else before Christmas. Upsetting and disappointing service, do not recommend.
