This store jack up the prices and it appears it’s discounted but it’s more expensive than BigW or Woolworth. We bought a few big pieces there and no paper bag whatsoever. Don’t buy things from there. It’s a cheat.

This Corelle Brands Factory Outlet offers a bigger range of products and it better than another retail store whereas you can only find a few not much option to choose. Also, the staff were so friendly and helpful, whereas some other retail store can not offer these kinds of service.I appreciate the help on the other day.

Huge variety. Lovely staff. Monica was so helpful, I called ahead and she was able to n out my items aside for me, which made the transaction nice and quick instore. Even price matched my items with no fuss--just so screenshot or website of competitor's prices. No trolley in the centre so worthwhile asking them to borrow their trolley or if you have a pram, that could work.

Went to DFO Homebush today with my wife just to shop at her favourite Corelle Brands store.The two staff on duty this morning were busy putting away items on the shelves but most helpful when assistance was required by my wife and I to enquire if some items were on sale.They were both helpful and courteous attending to us during checkout both times we were there as my wife missed out on some items she needed the first time around.This store is our to go store for an affordable and quality items from Corelle.

Very disappointed with customer service.I went to get corning cook ware set as a gift for my friend.It was only hour left for DFO to be closed We did first shopping corell shop I was already upset when the retailer told us that there were no carry bag for Corning set .The retailer told that I have to carry all the way to shopping mall on my hand. He Handed over a box in rush and i paid $159.99 .Guess what now ?i found out from my friend that one of the cook ware in a set is completely different.Vert unprofessional and unacceptable customer serviceI would like to ask from the company the compensation to travel to liverpool ( my friends place to deliver gift ) and again from my place to go to DFO to return it now.
