Tip top service was provided by Jay and his team. Jay was very responsive to all my enquiries and was able to arrange his removalist team on such short notice. The removalist were extremely professional and patient, ensuring all fragile items were wrapped with a blanket and items were placed where directed. Cannot even begin to recommend Jay and his team enough. Showed up on time. No mucking around, straight into it. Fabulous communication the whole way through from first contact to moving day. Took VERY good care of all my property, even moved a very large aquarium which many places won't do. Very polite, well spoken, professional, tidy, and friendly. Have no hesitation in recommending these guys. Look no further, this is the company you want to use.

Excellent moving experience. Jay and his excellent offsider (kapai bro) arrived on time, wasted no time, packed everything into the truck and were on the road to the storage unit before I could blink!! Moving is really stressful and Jay's Removals were just right for the job. They even calmly sorted out a problem that could have been my last straw". Thanks a million guys. We had a fantastic experience with Jay's Removals. Jay and his partner were extremely efficient, friendly and skillful. Nothing was too much trouble and all our requests were met without complaint. Unfortunately we had a fraction too much stuff to fit in the truck, but they did everything possible to fit it all in, careful not to damage anything. We highly recommend Jay!
