Clean supermarket, the staff are not crowding the aisles all at once with click and collect orders like they do at other stores impeding the customers way.Friendly greeting and farewell, not too much stock missing.

The store staff do not get to order it's done centrally so often there is a lack of products . Now I use it rarely and go to Helensvale. Shame as I would prefer to ship local but my dog needs food and the photo tells the story . Empty racks at Cole's Arundel . Full at Woolworths Helensvale . So product is available head office doesn't supply it to Arundel

Get your act together management. This store is a joke, last night 7.30pm not 1 register opened. Three staff members standing around chatting, I asked why no register was open, was told to go to self check out, someone could help me if I wanted, why? Several others had full trolleys and were forced to go to self check out. Not one manager to be found. No stock, store was a mess, why in the area we live in do we have to be subjected to the worst Coles? Just not good enough, you had quite a few in-happy customers.
