Excellent customer service with friendly staff at Hyundai Berwick. We have been given an exceptional and very pleasant customer experience by Sarah Huxtable, Lucia and Paul. I got my Emerald Green Palisade today. We were given an exceptional ,friendly and prompt service by the afore mentioned staff members right throughout .They always took time to explain all the details, features and made my end to end buying experience smooth and pleasant. It was a great experience to deal with Berwik Hyundai. Everything was set accordingly and Thanks alot to Mr. Sebastian a man from sales team who made everything easy and perfect.

Drove 2hrs to view a car their salesman had put on hold for us. We were advised when we arrived that they’d received more enquiries that day & had someone else waiting to drive it. After a successful test drive, we made an offer only just below asking price & were told no. A senior employee then came out, & we were told they couldn’t help us today…that’s it. Zero attempt to discuss price. The rudeness & abruptness was completely out of the blue after the initial salesman had been so helpful all day. We are now convinced the car had already been unofficially sold & no offer we made would have been enough, even though we were willing to pay asking price.Honestly would have preferred a call to say so, if this was the case, considering we’d travelled so far, with a toddler, to view….Super disappointing & after reading other reviews, doesn’t seem to be a one-off event.NOTE: Berwick Hyundai have responded below saying we were asked to put a holding deposit down. If this had been offered, we would have done so. But Sebastian assured us the car would be available (with no mention of a holding deposit), & they allowed us to drive the car once we arrived so we did not expect it to be sold….Why let us drive 2hrs & drive the car, if it was sold??Your customer service is appalling, & the lies to cover it up are even worse.

Excellent customer service from the team here at Hyundai Berwick. The best experience my business has had buying a car and we will be returning.Seb was fantastic from the first meeting on a Saturday afternoon. Extremely patient, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. The customer service we received from Seb helped solidify our decision to buy the car from Berwick. When I brought my business partner along for the second meeting to finalise everything he showed her through the car and answered all her questions which she appreciated.Lucia, Jessika and Tyson were also fantastic, helpful, and thorough. Dana was absolutely amazing within the customer service space. Her attention to detail, talking me through all requirements, called me when necessary and timings were on point. The loan of the hire car free of charge too was absolutely brilliant. Booked in for another service with our other car so looking forward to the same brilliant service tomorrow! 6 stars!

Walked into the dealership good 15-20min standing awkwardly in the showroom having had two sales people walk past before I was approached.Ended up buying a car from the dealer next to Berwick Hyundai.Their parts dept was extremely helpful in obtaining some accessories for my Tucson. Thanks.

Had an amazing experience with Sarah at Berwick Hyundai. From the moment I stepped in the doors right up until I decided to make a purchase, Sarah was warm, friendly and helpful. She helped me figure out what sort of car I needed by asking questions and listening to what I was after. She was never pushy and was always happy to answer any of my questions, and as this was my first new car, I had a lot of questions. Thank you so much Sarah, you’ve been amazing. Also want to add that I’ve spoken to a few other team members at Berwick Hyundai and all of them have been so nice and helpful. What a positive experience.
