Plush Geelong

My wife and I called in to Plush Geelong to look at a couch and occasional chairs which we had viewed online. We were attended to my Nick, who was very helpful and Knowledgeable and went out of his way to bring the chairs over to the couch for comparison and matching purposes, and showed us the choice of fabrics and colours available. If the quality of the products match the service we received from Nick we will be well pleased. Looking forward to confirmation of the delivery date. (Brian & Lynne)

Sometime before Christmas last year we discovered our sofa bed from Plush had a problem. My wife called and a service guy came to look and said it was our problem. The guy spoke to my wife and i though that he may have not checked as thoroughly as i would have liked. As it was coming up to Christmas I, as everyone does, got busy and did not get a chance to have a good look myself. After holidays and the busy season over i finally had a good look at the mechanism in i think Feb. I recontacted Plush and expressed my thoughts and spoke to Corey Hudson. Corey listened and told me he would be in Geelong next week and would come and have a second look at it with me. As promised he arrived at the set time and together we inspected the mechanism. After careful assessment and listening to our usage Corey believed that this may have been an underlying fault from the beginning and arranged to get a replacement mechanism. He told us approx. when it would arrive and said he would be back to replace. He was courteous, polite and a really level headed bloke who was great. As promised he returned once the item arrived and replaced again working in with our time frames. He was probably the best person i have dealt with ever with regard to this type of problem. Thank you very much Corey Hudson, really happy with your attitude and your service. Great work thanks for solving our problem.

Love this place, still love my couch and swivel chair. Its worn well. Highly recommend

We visited Plush Sofas Geelong yesterday and as a result have ordered a sofa which, hopefully, we will see in April. We were very impressed with Lee, who assisted us in our purchase. Her knowledge of available products, fabrics etc was great and she was easily able to answer our questions. Thank you Lee. We eagerly await the sofa now.

My wife and I have been looking for a new sofa for our new home for a number of weeks. We called into Plush Sofa‘s in Geelong to view there range which is excellent and then came across the Jagger Modular Sofa which was exactly what we were looking for. I then spoke with Lee the Sofa Specialist who assisted us with all the information we required in completing our purchase. Everything from the delivery time to the type of leather was explained fully including the Love Your Sofa Policy.Thanks Plush.

Currently dealing with an extremely disapointing purchasing experience with this Plush store in Geelong. After waiting 6 months for the delivery of our 2 sofas, the batteries that we paid extra for to accompany the reclining sofas are faulty. In addition to this, the delivery company employed by Plush charged us twice for the pleasure of providing us products that we are unable to enjoy. How difficult can it be to send out, or make available new batteries that work? In our case, the Plush customer sevice team remain unresponsive and show no desire to rectify this situation. Extremely dissapointing!Update 13/01Just as way of update, both issues remain unresolved another 10 days on. It appears that Plush customer service is a ghost. The one follow up came from Nick Scali. Still have sofa's that do not function!

Do not buy from this store! Or perhaps plush in general I’m really not sure? Whilst we are happy with our couch, it has not at all been worth the headache around the purchase. We ordered our couch and ottoman in April 2021, finally after a long wait our couch arrived in September 2021, however the ottoman placed in my living area was a completely different colour the couch! A different colour to what I ordered. The delivery men took the ottoman with them and with a few phone calls back and forth, plush confirmed it was there fault that we received the wrong colour ottoman. They said would we like to order a new ottoman in the colour we asked for, obviously I said yes but I would like some compensation. After arguing all they were willing to give us was $50 credit (WHICH WE ARE STILL YET TO RECIEVE) and we still have no ottoman… 9 months later! they are so hard to deal with. It’s so disappointing when spending so much money there. Never ever again!

Plush Sofas Geelong showed some of the best customer service I have seen in many years. Kathy, the sofa specialist that served us was kind, courteous and knowledgeable and my partner and I felt completely at ease with her and our expectations and her understanding of them.I would easily recommend Plush Geelong as the store to consider buying your next sofa from.

Lee was the salesperson that I dealt with. I did not feel pushed in to a sale and she gave me plenty of time in the store to try out different pieces of furniture - she left me to do this but was always ready to answer my questions. I felt fully informed about the furniture that I purchased, the process around the sale and delivery. I especially like the idea tht if I am not happy with the comfort of my recliner within 3 days then I can return it - this is important as half an hour in a chair is not always enough. Lee listened to my requirements and gave me suggestions of what would suit.
