Really poor experience with Eagles - would never go there again. Ordered over $5k in tapware - confirmed several times the lead time on the order. I was told it would take 8 to 10 weeks. I ordered 11 weeks out to be sure. Most of the items arrived but the shower did not. I had called twice in the weeks leading up to the due date to confirm I would get everything on time and kept getting told it was on track. The day I go to pick up the products I'm told the shower isn't read (after i call - nobody bothered to tell me it wasnt ready) and they can't give me an e.t.a. 13 or 14 weeks after order still products outstanding. Staff routinely say they'll call me back but then just don't bother. Wasted a lot of time and money on trades - just really poor service. Save yourself the hassle and deal with a better supplier. Don't believe the lead times they give you - they simply don't know and won't chase up orders for you or keep you informed. 1 star is flattering.

Shout outs to Mat the manager at Eagles plumbing in Gateshead!! He’s an absolute legend! I ordered all my bathroom, kitchen and laundry fixtures from him and the whole process was taken care of from start to finish with nothing but ease and the utmost care. He really goes out of his way to help and it’s refreshing in this day and age to have someone actively help his customers get the best service possible. I’m really happy with the service and highly recommend these guys to anyone! 5 stars for 5 star service!!

Eagles Plumbing plus Bennett'sgreen lot to look at !! and to think about in doing up your bathroom !!! And Laundry, but I have learned is to allow 3 week to get same things they mite have to order it in!!!!!

I visited Eagles Plumbing Plus at Gateshead recently and had a very good experience. Luke was very helpful and went out of his way to help me . I would highly recommend the store and I was very pleased with the service.
