Forsayth Tourist Park
Spent 10 days at Forsayth Tourist Park. I stayed in a cabin, nice, clean and had some nice little extras. Thursday Pizza Night was great, enjoyed the company of the other guests, few wines, a laugh and Ian played the guitar a bit of a singalong happened. The owners Ian & Kelly had great knowledge of the area which helped on planning day trips etc. This place a little gem, great place to stay, clean amenities, washing machines and a fully equipped camp kitchen. Highly recommend definitely will be going back.

Great comfortable stay in cabin 2. The bed was amazing. The park amenities shine. Friendly and welcoming greeting from Kelly and Ian who gave us all the info needed to explore the area. Just the tv needs to be updated as LCD screen is very hard to see on an angle.

Had a great comfortable stay in a cabin at Forsayth Tourist Park. The owners were so lovely and informative about the area. I was travelling through for business and decided to stay for the night. I'm so glad I did thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location to stay then leave your van before driving to Cobbold Gorge. This is where the Savannahlander train finishes its journey from Cairns. Great pub with a limited menu. Kelly and Ian are fantastic hosts.

My husband and I travelled through Forsayth last year and stayed at Forsayth Tourist Park. We are so glad we did as it was so central to the attractions we wanted to see. Great customer service Kelly & Ian are great hosts.Fantastic park well worth staying here.

Awesome country hospitality. Ian and Kelly made us feel like family. Had a coldy with Ian every afternoon. Helped with the Anzac day service. Ian opens a little bar on premises some nights and also offers very cheap meals which were basic but awesome. Highly recommend this park, one of the highlights of our adventures so far.

If you enjoy the Aussie bush then this is the place to visit. An excellent down to earth spacious Park, cheerful helpful hosts, camp fire sing alongs, great Happy Hours with very reasonably priced food and drinks, nearby fascinating Cobalt and Copperfield Gorges, weekly arrival of the Savannalander tourist train from Cairns, etc etc. This place has it all - you will not be disappointed. Amazing experience from start to finish - from the first phone call with Kelly to book last minute to the warm welcome from Ian when we arrived. These guys are so passionate & knowledgeable about their tourist park & town & it definitely shows. The bathrooms & grounds are beautifully kept, the sunsets are spectacular, the smiles are contagious & the pub nearby does a great meal.Highly recommend. Definitely the place you’d want to stay if your stopping in at Forsayth for the night or a few days.

Forsayth Tourist Park
Forsayth tourist park is a fantastic place to stay and use as a base for the Cobbold Gorge and visiting the town of Einsaleigh. Ian and Kelly, the park owners make you feel very welcome and even offer a happy hour on certain days. They invited us to join in and participate in the ANZAC day service. The whole town made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend anyone travelling through to stay for a couple of nights.
