If I could choose no stars I would. Toilets are filthy! The cleaning schedule on the back of the door only has scribble from people telling them to clean the toilets. When I spoke to the young lady behind the counter about this she just smiled at me and kept playing on her phone. I filled up with diesel here both yesterday and today. From now on I’ll keep going over the hill to the next one. Gross! Lock the toilets up permanently if you’re not going to service them.

The young woman serving was extremely rude, and unhelpful.She needs lessons in customer service, absolutely no friendliness about her at all.I wouldn't recommend to anyone.I went in and bought something as I needed to use the loo.I was travelling with my two elderly dogs and had forgotten my water bowl.I hadn't anything to give them a drink out of, water yes, but no bowl.I asked the lady if she had a takeaway container or something so I could give them a drink- she said no. I asked if I could buy an empty coffee cup or container 'no' again.The only way I could get a cup from her was to pay for a coffee, which I didn't want...Horrible business.

AVOID AT ALL COSTSRule Number One in Customer Service..Never Bite The Hand That Feeds You....This so called Servo needs to be shut down. The Service is appalling. The Girl behind the counter thought she would be smart to short change me when I knew the total cost and change that should be given. Karma will come back to haunt you.

Sharing for my partner who is too polite to say anything:One time when he'd ordered chips he saw the worker take a chip out of the packet and eat it before giving it to him. A few weeks later he walked in and the same, chip eating, worker became visibly upset and started anger mopping around him because he had tracked in some mud/water. She actually said *?*!*! Walking in puddles are we?" Used to like calling in here before a trip down south

Stopped in here as a rest stop breifly.Hotbox was well stocked, the staff were nice and friendly.I got a coffee and it was made well and fast.
