I was referred to AAA after another mechanic stuffed up a clutch replacement. Andrew was happy to help despite it being complex, and potentially risky to try to resolve an issue created by someone else. They even supplied a loan car. The car is back to feeling as good as new, and we've got a new mechanic to go to that we know cares and is excellent at what they do.

I’ve used AAA a number of times in the past few years and they’ve always been fantastic. Great, friendly service and very reasonable prices. It’s kind of easy to miss their little shop right by the tram stop but they do have some eye catching signage that helps. I’ve even gotten same day service for small issues on more than one occasion and even once they were happy for me to come down 15 mins before closing time. Definitely recommend them.

Absolutely kind and friendly people, as a new driver who has no experience of fill the air into tyres, and fail to do that in the gas station. They not only help me fill all the air in free of charge, fast and efficient, but also teaches me how to do it next time in the gas station if I am far away. Thank you!!!If I need car service in the future I will definitely come here! 5/5 stars.

Rude and disgusting behavior. Both the daughter and father are grumps. They demonstrate extremely poor customer service with a chip on their shoulders. Had made a booking outlining what was needing to be done for the vehicle, yet on the day they failed to keep the booking on record, they had no idea I was coming. Once the service had been completed the commutation was extremely poor not detailing exactly what had been done. They made very inappropriate comments around me and my partner which left a very bad taste. Shameful to be considered a business".Day light robbery.Avoid this business at all cost. Bad attitude with terrible people skills if I could give them a negative 5 I would."

Fast service. Had poor experience with end product after RWC. Forgot to reinstall air intake and found that out on the freeway…Hopefully an off day but good to check job before heading out!

When my car broke down my usual mechanic rudely told me I had to wait a month for it to be seen! AAA automotive took a look at it within days and apologized for me even waiting that long! They then looked at it without charging me anything. Unfortunately the fix is too expensive for the car. But Andrew and co at AAA automotive were very professional and friendly

Can not praise this father and daughter team enough. Forgot my mask, they gave me one. Always polite, easy to book into. Have had two rwc done here and they’re great value compared to other places in the area. Drop off early morning and finished in the afternoon. Great service!
