I was told by the very polite and efficient sounding lady at geek mobile that they had a technician in the area and he would be here at 12-30pm so I arranged my day around this, at 12-45 I received a sms from the tech saying he had attempted to ring to verify the booking but missed me, LIE, I had my phone with me ALL the time, so I rang him back, phone turned off conveniently, if you are running late or too busy just be honest about it don't lie to people you expect to do business with because you loose all credibility I WOULD NOT USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANYPS I also rang the office to find out what was happening, although apologetic they never bothered getting back to me

Waste of money, technician really seemed he had no idea what he was doing. I may as well have thrown $100 in the bin. I Wouldn't recommend.

First time trying Geekmobile for a data recovery and new laptop set up. Receptionist was helpful but the service was a no show despite ringing and verifying the appointment twice and aconfimation email. Advice from technician. Make another booking but all booked up for the next couple of days. Thanks but no thanks.
