The best eggless vanilla sponge cake these guys make as per our dietary requirements highly recommend and thank you team it’s been more then few years now we are there regular customers and never never got any disappointments the cakes are awesome in taste, fresh, reasonable pricing and amazing presentation thank you keep the good work.

We had a wonderful experience, after craving cheesecake all day we arrive disappointed that it was closed. When we were welcomed warmly and with a smile, happily he opened the door for us and allowed us to purchase a passion fruit cheesecake.The service was friendly and welcoming and we are very happy. Our food was delicious and am happy with our overall experience.I would recommend to anyone.Will be coming back.

We ordered a cake from here for my daughters birthday, which we have had previously from another cheesecake shop 2 weeks prior,When we cut the cake it was frozen and half of it was uneatable. I rang to let them know and basically got told i was lying because I didn't take photos.Definitely won't be going back.

I showed them a cake and ask them if they can make it. They said yes and I ordered the cake. What I’ve got was an ugly cake with horrible decoration. The manager accepted that his staff did a terrible job but it was too late to fix it as it’s just 2 h before the specific occasion. I didn’t used the cake and I had to buy another cake that was just a normal small cake from their fridge. I was so disappointed, Don’t take a risk to order a cake with them unless you want one of their basic normal cake.

Highly recommend purchasing from Emin and the team! I ordered a custom cake and upon pick up they had exceeded all expectations and the cake was incredible. We have also purchased a variety of their pre-made and made-to-order cakes for special events and have always had a great experience!Matt

I ordered a chocolate mud cake and gluten free cake from the Kotara store for pick up today (7th July). I asked if I could have a personal message put on top of the mud cake “Happy 85th Birthday Grandma”. Everything about the order was fine except for the writing on top. I was very unhappy with the text as it looked messy and they couldn’t even put The word “grandma” on the same line. They broke it into two so it read “Grand Ma”. I’ve attached a photo. I don’t know if it was a language barrier, but the person on the phone taking my order couldn’t speak fluent English and I had to spell the message out. It’s a huge milestone to get to 85 years of age and I purchased a cake from the cheesecake shop based on their reputation of making brilliant beautiful cakes. I thought it could be a beautiful cake for my grandma to be proud of but it just looked like a kid had piped the message out. The workers in this store today have failed to keep that quality finish on the cake. I was in a rush picking up the cake and if I knew I had to check the quality of the writing, I would have gone into the store earlier to make sure i had time to refuse the cake and ask for a new one. I tried contacting them through the feedback page but it wasn’t working. It came up with the attached message. Would you accept a cake like this for your grandmas big milestone? It cost $30, plus $5 for the message.
