Being a person with a disability is a challenge. The moment we walked into this place we were treated with excellence. The sales person was in a wheelchair. He knows how we feel, and we were an equal to his excellent knowledge of his product range. Showed us a range of multiple options and modifications for approval by TAC, who has subsequently approved. Now just need to get it fitted. It's just perfect dealing with people that know.

From the time I rolled through the door I meet Brain who from start to delivery was polite knowledgeable and a fantastic person to deal with no problem was to hard. To the team who built the wheelchair thank you so much the chair is amazing. I would recommend Mobility plus to anyone in need of a top end wheelchairs.

The team at Mobility Plus have made the transition into a power assisted wheelchair smooth and seamless. They have supported me every step of the way and have gone above and beyond to help me with questions and queries over the last few months. The staff are all knowledgeable, friendly and professional and were always available to assist me with my needs. I will be going back here for the rest of my life and sending anyone who needs mobility aids their way - they're best mob in town for sure!

The worst customer service you could find. Particularly from the owner Danny. Unfortunately they are the only place to manufacture chairs locally. But next time will definitely find somewhere else to buy a chair from.

I have rang up mobility plus for someone to come out and fix my brakes on my wheelchair. More then a week later I'm still waiting they have been coming up with excuses after excuses. They are waiting for the money to come through via ndis. They care more about the money more then the safety of their customers that uses wheelchairs.I have lost all my independence because I can't use the breaks.
