Unfortunately, I had the wrong date down for my puppy's groom. When I said that I was 5 minutes away and would be slightly late she was rude to me on the phone and hung up. I was shocked and dismayed at her response. I'll be finding a more pleasant groomer for my puppy.

First time at this groomer.Good interpersonal skills but, more importantly Leanne obviously loves the dogs she grooms.Highly recommended.
