Beyond Words Therapy Centre

After failing a hearing test and not reaching age appropriate milestones, we become quite concerned about our little man. We were advised to find allied health services to assist with his development. We were put on public waiting lists, which added to our anxiety, as the waiting length was interminable. Then we came across Liz!! A calm, warm, fun loving professional, that our little boy immediately trusted. Liz took our boy, at the age of 2, from incoherent babbling to sentences. She provided techniques to stop his constant drooling, methods for us to help build his vocabulary and positive fun-filled sessions. I cannot commend Liz's services enough, other than to say that every car that comes up our driveway, my little boy excitedly asks is that Liz?"

A client of mine used one of the OTs here for an NDIS application. The OT's report took 4 months to finally appear, and when it did it was a completely unprofessional collage of mismatched rubbish, some of which was clearly from one (or many) of the OT's other clients. It really did look like something thrown together over a 30 minute period by someone with no idea what they were doing. The OT lacked integrity and was almost impossible to contact or get a reply from. In my opinion, she outright lied on more than one occasion. Steer clear of Beyond Words Therapy for your OT needs. This cost my client several hundred dollars with nothing to show for it but anxiety and emotional trauma. The case will be going to the Ombudsman.
