Really appreciate the customer service from the staff here! I had a bit of a tight time line for getting a vaccine and they not only squeezed me in but got the vaccine ordered in very quickly as they did not have it in stock. Really appreciate you guys going above and beyond. <3 couldn't be more grateful.

Laurette and Farah (forgive me if I incorrectly wrote this names) had amazing customer service! After the HBF Half-Marathon they assisted with finding the right support for my aches etc. They both had incredible knowledge and had key customer service.

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. I have been here on different occasions because it is close. The staff have no personality and the pharmacists never offer much help.The location is the only bonus.

Understanding the lotto kiosk is not the bread & butter of 777 Pharmacy East Perth, I don't expect that the staff who serve customers at the kiosk treat us like we are a burden to their working lives.To the young lady who served myself and all customers before me in the queue with a sense of irritation, perhaps a customer service position is not for you.To the management of the business, your staff may need more training on how not to serve customers. Alternatively, do not offer a lotto kiosk if the business is not happy to provide this happily.I will not come to 777 Pharmacy East Perth for my pharmaceutical or lottery needs in the future.
