Pro-Fit Insulation Contractors - Roof Insulation, Ceiling Insulation, Acoustic Insulation

Sadly no response to request for quote and multiple calls requesting a call back.

After calling several contractors, I decided to use Pro-Fit to install insulation in our rental property as Elliott took the time to explain the pro's and con's of different products, even pointing out the acoustic properties as well as the thermal properties. This was important to us as the property is a duplex and we were also trying to keep the noise transfer down from one side to the other. The report provided upon completion was comprehensive and gave me confidence it had been installed to meet the Australian standard. Happy to recommend this company.

This review is for being unreliable and it doesn't reflect the work these guys do as I haven't used them. Booked in via their website to come and do a quote for us. Contacted them via sms an hour beforehand to confirm their arrival time & was told they won't be able to do it. Said they'll call me back in an hour to reschedule, which never happened. Also, didn't want to pick up my call later on in the day, nor did they call me back.Very frustrating when you take time off to meet someone, but they won't even show up or make the effort to reschedule. Seems like these guys have plenty of work, so may as well hire someone else. Thanks for nothing guys!

Elliot and the team did a great job and we’re super efficient. We did have a few weeks of rain where they couldn’t install but got straight onto it as soon as it cleared up. Highly recommend his service to anyone looking to cool theirs home with insulation

Very prompt with quote and installation. We used them to insulate our garage and fix insulation to the rest of the house. Was told prior that there were quite a few batts in the rest of the house that looked poorly installed so they would be fixed up.Accepted quote as we were hurrying to get it done (had already been stuffed around by another company for far too many months). In hindsight we feel we were charged way too much (double previous quote), especially as the changes to rest of the house ended up being very minimal.Understand it was us that accepted the quote based on their recommendations, but just suggest asking more questions before accepting their quote.
