The security man implied that I stole something from the store, asking to check only my bag out of the number of people walking out of the store.He dragged my bag off but didn’t find anything.The most racist motivation have ever witnessed, funny he is Indian at that.

The customer service was HORRIBLE! Accused my 9 year old daughter of stealing? And we rung this bell 5+ times and the Asian lady went and helped a different girl, who didn’t ring the bell, instead of us.

Waited 15 minutes to put a script in,25 mins before script was ready,queued another 12 minutes to pick it up and then another 7 minutes to pay and be charged two consecutive times for an item I didn't have.Service ridiculous to say the least!

Why do you ALWAYS have to wait for anything no matter what time you go into store. Why is there more staff but still soooooo slow. Why does the staff always look like it's their first day at work and not sure if they're Arthur or Marther. Bad service no matter first thing in the morning. Middle of day. End of day. Doesn't matter weekday or weekend. Is it being run by Indians in Bombay??????

A great range of chemist items in a rather large well lit shop. I like that we were greeted at the door in a friendly manner and temperature checked for our own safety.I liked their range and was also pleasantly surprised at the range of other" more unlikely items like toys that they had on the way out.I was however not impressed by the long wait to be served at the prescription counter as there was no designated queueing area

I brought “flower light illusion foundation “ from this store. I forget to check the expiry date at store but when I did at home, it was expired. 08/2022

Absolutely useless15 people working today and one person on prescription counter and one on retail counterWhoever was manager on the 24/5/23 at 3pm should be given a long holiday

Unfortunately I can’t score any less than 1 star.I had received a script from the hospital and the doctor didn’t date the script - so chemist warehouse were not able to process the script. Unfortunately chemist warehouse would not ring the hospital to confirm over the phone to add the date. Which is probably fair enough - not their fault the doctor made a mistake.So my wife had to drive me back to the hospital as I was unable to drive due to my injuries.Upon my return to chemist warehouse they then advised that the doctors hand writing was not in their records and that they would need to ring the hospital for confirmation.I said please ring the Wollongong hospital fracture clinic as I had just returned from there. I am guessing they didn’t believe I that I actually returned to the hospital to get the doctor to add the date!!After waiting another 15min I finally got the script.Was not a pleasant experience - will not return.

Worst store I have ever been to.No one serving at the prescriptions counter yet four staff making sure boxes are lined up neatly in front of the prescriptions. 30 minutes after the text they can't find the prescription.Now we have to wait for it to be filled.

Incredibly bad service from staff who clearly don't want to be there. Including the manager.We had already paid for an item online and were picking it up when we saw it came in a larger size for more money. So we asked politely if we could pay extra for the larger one. The girl went to ask her manager who said NO. It was delivered to us in a very short and dismissive manor with the bag pushed at us as she tried to serve the next person. We immediately asked for a full refund - we had not even received the item yet and they were refusing to take more money off us for a larger item the same? Made no sense.She went to ask her manager to process the refund at which stage the manager (a short, young girl of indian appearance - I say this so that the owner know who it was when reading this) suddenly remembered that in fact they can take more money for a the larger item, an INSTANT turn around when we wanted the refund?After this both of the girls stood staring at the product pointing at it on the shelf saying they don't have a larger size .... the larger size was physically next to it on the same shelf - they were basically pointing at the large one saying we don't have a large one" - I had to wait for them to go back there with me beside them and say "it's the identical packaging but larger
