We have been very impressed with the professional service that 'A man at hand' has provided to us. Right from the start when Leon came to give us a quote he was on time, no waiting around for tradesmen who don't show up. Communications between ourselves and the admin team were easy and they always promptly responded to any queries. John was the tradesman assigned to our property for the 4 days to do a variety of jobs for us that varied so much, from internal re-plastering to colour bond fencing and much more. He was polite, on time, always explained what he was doing or what needed to be done and was very hardworking. He's obviously a skilled tradesman because the improvement to our home is amazing. We would definitely use them again in the future.
