I visited them for the first time yesterday to get my hair fixed from another hairdresser messing it up. The girls were so lovely and amazing, they were very knowledgeable and competent which really puts my mind at ease after my last hairdresser. They really do go above and beyond for you so big thank you to Emma and Maddy!

I always have a great experience at Epic Hair Designs. Even though I sometimes go with different stylists, they can all cut my curls well! (This is a rarity!). All the staff are really friendly too which I love. Highly recommend.

I am so pleased I found Dennis at Epic hair designs, he has attention to detail and Tailors your hair to suit you.From the moment you walk in the door, you are always greeted immediately with smiles from the staff, and you are treated like gold. I wouldn’t go anywhere else ! They are the best !.

I normally go to Epic at Bardon which are very good, but yesterday I went to Epic at Fortitude Valley as I will be moving home to this area very soon and wanted to see if I would be happy at this salon as well. I need not have worried, Dennis looked after me for a razor cut fringe and hair colour with foils, he was brilliant and I am so happy to know with confidence that he will look after me going forwards. The staff were also so friendly and made one feel at home. Even the customers came in with a smile. Felt so at home, the salon certainly has a good vibe as well as of course being good at what they do.

I hadn’t had my hair trimmed for 18mo (don’t judge me haha) and Ghett and the team made me feel so welcome. The staff were knowledgeable and really listened to what I wanted. Will be back for future treatments!

Epic Hair at Fortitude Valley has been my go-to Salon for many years now. Kathryn is a wizz at cutting and styling and good conversation.However recently moved to the Gold Coast and luckily found another good Epic Hair salon.The friendly & welcoming staff have been well trained in Customer Service, providing cafe quality coffee, tea or water, magazines and most importantly they listen to the clients requirements for what hair service they are seeking.The Salon was also extremely clean and tidy.I was very satisfied with the service I received at the Hope Island Salon.Good work and thank you Epic Hair

I’ve been going to epic for more than 1 year now, they always provide high quality professional service. I had great experiences every time when I visit the salon. They are super friendly and they know what they are doing. So they can style you exceeding your expectations. I am not going anywhere else because I trust these professionals and continue to style my hair with them. Plus I am using their products which is good.

Epic Hair always has talented and kind staff and beautiful, well-equipped salons. Catherine in particular at Fortitude Valley does an amazing job on your hair and is very lovely to have a chat to about life and your specific hair needs. Epic Hair is going to be the only salon I go to from now on, they just can’t be beat.
