Was greeted straight away so no chance to look at stockStaff there don't know there products went to buy a ssd card for my xbox series x they tried to sellMe a seagate game drive which only stores the games won't play series x games from there when I questioned them none of them knew all 3 they tried to sell me ps4 game which I wanted on ps5 I seen the box in storeI will take my business to Campbelltown Maquarther MallIf google reviews let me this would get a 0 stars review

Went hear today to return grandson’s keyboard today as I didn’t work, To the girl and bloke that work there stop treating people rudely, and try taking there word for something that’s not there fault, it’s not your store, just exchange it and more on, you need more training, and don’t tell people you can’t exchange one that doesn’t work for one that does, we are not the stupid.

New girl sarah working there that has a bad attitude and poor customer service skills. Disappointing considering we have always had previous good relationships with all staff. Hope she can improve her performance or is reviewed accordingly, if not my family will have to find somewhere else to purchase our TCGs.

Never had an issue when shopping or exchanging here. My kids, who are massive EB Games fanatics, are always asking questions about their products and the staff are always happy to answer them. Not too mention the incredibly prompt click and collect turnaround time!
